CPU and memory upgrade on Sun Blade 2500

Hello managers,

I'm planning to upgrade a Sun Blade 2500 (Silver),
Ultra Sparc IIIi, with an additional CPU and memory,
and would appreciate any tips from all.

1. CPU.
At a glance, upgrading the CPU is just like putting a
processor to a PC. Can anyone share if any problems
encountered.

2.Memory
As for the memory upgrade, can we add an existing
X7604A memory with the X7704A (PC2100 and faster).
