Hello folks,
When I logon to my E4500 Sun server using telnet and edit my crontab
to execute a script it works OK, but if I try to logon using ssh and edit
my crontab to run the same script, it DOES NOT execute. Please advise
whether this has anything to do with telnet OR ssh.
The script is as follows
#!/bin/sh
/usr/sbin/ping 209.32.3.45 > /u01/hego/scripts/ping.log
The crontab entry is as follows
55 9 * * * /u01/bin/ping.sh
