Thank you to the many who responded. I have a path to a solution.=0D=0A

It seems that even though I had put on 9_Recommended on the failing host,=
that the /bin/ksh was OLD compared to others. I think that if I address=
s my patching problem, that a current ksh will allow the tilde to work. =
I will be addressing that issue.=0D=0A
