e6500 and qla4010c problems

Hardware: Sun E6500
     OBP: 3.2.30
                 3.3v 33/66mhz pci riser board
                 part #: 5014128

                 Qlogic qla4010c (pci gigabyte network card

Problem: We installed the pci io board with the above riser board and the
system completed post without a problem. Once the pci network card was
installed the system failed post with the following message.

Anyone have thoughts about what this could be? We've veriifed that this is
the correct riser board to support the qla4010c card. My interpretation of
the message indicates that the card is causing some type of distoration or
voltage deviation on the centerplane. Has anyone seen this before? Any
thing special I need to do at the openprom to support this card?
