I have a issue with Clarion volume going offline from
the solaris 9 server, This volume consists of seven
LUNs from the Clarion (Raid 10) and used metainit to
create the stripe volume on solaris . now one of the
LUNs is saying in the format mode "Disk not labled"
when i say yes to label below error is thrown.

happened after a Raid 0 volume of snap falied and the
