Creating a Partition Across Multiple 3510's

I currently have one 3510 and an attached disk tray connected to an
E450....... I have a few RAID 5 Logical drives created on both the 3510 and
the JBOD tray. Can I create a partition (let's say 2GB) that spans the 3510
and the JBOB tray. So this partition will include space from the 3510 and
the JBOD tray??? Or is it only possible to create partitions on the same
tray (horizontally)?
