Managers:

I am being assigned a solaris server (which i was told
consumes 99% memory). what are the checks i should do
before advising to buy new memory?

I am new to solaris..but generally thought the foll.
would be OK..please advise
1. check vmstat (PO col)
2. top
Any way to find top memory consuming process? other
memory info . this is solaris 8.
