Dual Hosted 3510 not behaving.

I have a StorEdge 3510 that is dual hosted between
two E420Rs running Solaris 8 in a DAS method.

Running sccli I can see the 3510 from both boxes...
Outside of sccli, I can only access the 3510 from one
of the E420Rs.

I've done reconfiguration reboots, enabled multipathing
in fp.conf and run cfgadm so many times it's crazy..
What am I missing here?
