SunFire x4200 ILOM, Raid questions

I've had 3 problems with the x4200 so far

I compared the 'firmware' on the ILOM, it seems up to date.

1) Console over Java refuses to work over NAT. In the office it works
fine, from outside (e.g. home) the java tries to get 'updates' from the
machine, but tries to connect to a local IP (192.168.1.x)

2) I could not get the mouse to work, no matter what 'mode' I had in
neither the sun installation assistant, nor the red hat installer. This
is a minor annoyance.

3) raidctl is apparently no longer supported, yet is included and crashes
the system when solaris is installed.. I was told that post-installation
mirroring can corrupt data, or will require substantial amounts of disk
data. This doesn't make any sense, mirroring from bios, while machine is
inactive, shouldn't require any 'staging' area. Has anyone mirrored past
installation?

Thanks,
Andrey
