Hi all,

In a shell script i want to check a file which contains a word
"PARTIAL".

how can i check this. for eg

if [ -f $outfile ]
then
echo "Output file [$outfile] already exists"

The abv script would check exact file by name outfile, but i need to check
for a word PARTIAL in a directory

Thanks in Advance

Regards,
N. Gowthaman
