Hello.
We just bought a PP250 and when we jumpstart the install fails b/c Update 1 cant see the internal disks. We run format and see nothing. Take the host to the OK prompt / OBP and probe-scsi-all we can see the internal disks. This is incredibly frustrating.
I've been told with all this merged product line, APL and so forth that Sun would be releasing sol10 media which runs on primepower and sun's boxes. Anyone else seen this?
I understand in the past it was necessary to have Fujitsu and Sun's media around but as I said I was told this would not be the case wiith solaris10. What happened?
