jumpstart nfs issue

I'm trying to jumpstart a netra X1 w/ solaris 10. My jumpstart server is
running linux (FC4). I'm getting part of the way there but it errors out
shortly after the network interfaces are configured. The spinning bar keeps
spinning but tcpdump reveals that nothing's really happening. When I send a
ping from the jumpstart server, the client reports this error shortly
after...

WARNING: NFS server initial call to 192.168.1.102 failed: Not owner
install entry: jumper 192.168.1.102 /jump/sol10_0305
root entry: jumper 192.168.1.102 /jump/sol10_0305/Solaris_10/Tools/Boot
ERROR: Unable to NFS mount 192.168.1.102:/jump/sol10_0305
             Exiting to shell.

My nfs export looks good and can be mounted from a Solaris 9 box w/ out
issue. I tried several combinations of disabling nfs version 2, 3, 4 and
get even worse results. It seems like all 3 (or at least 3 and 4) must be
enabled to get the boot process to even start.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
