Hello managers,
We have an X4100 (AMD Arch) which we're in the process of installing
Solaris 10 by using a jumpstart DHCP server.
When we reboot server it looks normal and it begins displaying info over
the local attached monitor and I can see everything
it's being displayed. However once we select F12 to beings an PXE
install it display like it's going to begins the server install
but as soon as it begins the install the screen go blank and I could
just see the cursor blinking on the screen without seeing
what is actually happening.
If I do a "snoop servermacaddress" I could see packets going back and
forwad which made us think server is being install
even thought we are not seeing anything on the screen. It comes to the
point in which I could even ping the server being
install and it comes back as if things are normal however later on the
"snoop servermacaddress" will stop making me think that
server has been build but it does not build the server. If I do a power
off/On server has not been build.
Wha I need to find out is how can I get the output of the server being
build displayed on the attached monitor to the X4100?
