Fibre Channel is OFFLINE

Hi,

we are using E3500 with 4 GB RAM & 4 cpu.
It works fine till last evening. In morning when I am trying to telnet the
server it gives me error
"telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused"

Also the ping command shows request timeout.

Please suggest.
