Selective tcpwrapper for telnet or ftp is not working

Hi, Managers

I have configured the TCPWrapper on the Solaris 10 , But for
selective Service it is not allowing me to configure ( as I want it to be
enable only for Telnet and not for FTP)

I am getting error that --> No such
service "telnet".

When I try Following Command ( FOr Telnet or FTP)
bash-2.05b# inetadm -m telnet tcp_wrappers=TRUE
No such service "telnet".
Any Extra thing I need to configure any where ?
Following command will give
me status of Telnet Server in TCP wrapper

--> inetadm -l telnet | grep
tcp_wrappers
