Hi!
I'm rather new to Solaris but I have to set up a SunFireV240 with
Solaris 9 12/03 urgently.
I installed SMpatch, but I can't update, because it can't validate one
of the patches. When I use "smpatch download" there is one patch, which
can't be validated.
I used the output of "smpatch dowload" to create a list of the validated
patches and used it with "smpatch update -i [file]" to install them.
Anyway, it's the same like I just run "smpatch update": it throws some
Java Errors that it can't validate a patch (unfortunately there is not
always the id given) and terminates without installing anything.
Do I have to upgrade smpatch with new keys from time to time?
I got in charge of this machine just recently and all I have is some
documentation from my predecessor and a nfs share with smpatch some
other tools (pkg-get, etc)
Thanks!
