Schelin: Verify processors are of same speed
McNeill: I am out of the office reply. <- Didn't help, but good suggestion

But I would like to thank Changa Anderson for the answer that did solve my
problem:
#eeprom .upa-noprobe-mask=0 (or) set .upa-noprobe-mask to 0 in your prom

Thank you very much. Now the server is showing both processors operating
properly.
