Thanks to David Spillane from Fujitsu who found the solution :

So I stopped HBAnywhere frontend with the init script
*/etc/init.d/ElxRMSrv, then I was able to disconnect the HBA :

**/ # ps -ef |grep -i hba
    root 3755 3748 0 Oct 21 ? 0:00 /usr/sbin/hbanyware/rmserver
    root 3756 3748 0 Oct 21 ? 0:00 /usr/sbin/hbanyware/rmserver

    root 23363 22681 0 13:21:54 pts/17 0:00 grep -i hba
