Hi,
I am trying to jumpstart an ultra 5 off an ultra 1. The ultra 1 is setup
with the Solaris 9 9/5 install files.
The u5 starts to load the bootfile using tftp and then gets stuck. I ran
snoop on the ultra 1 and I can see that it gets stuck around block 128 in
the tftp, after that the server just keeps sending the same block over and
over but the u5 does not acknowledge it. It always seems to get stuck
around the same point.
Not sure about firmware version on the u5, but I can't think of anything
else it could be. I tried the jumpstart with a cross-over cable to
eliminate any interference from other systems and still had the same
problem.
Has anyone seen this problem before ?
