I have a Solaris 7 box which is running quotas. I discovered that quotas
weren't working and that the quotas file was not present at the root of
the filesystem affected. I touched a new quotas file and restarted quota
but it doesn't seem to work. Is there a particular sequence I should
follow in order to establish and start quotas?
