forcing iprb nic to 100fdx

I have an intel server running Solaris 8. how do I force the iprb NIC to
100fdx. It's iprb.conf file looks like this now.

root@server:/kernel/drv >cat iprb.conf
# Driver.conf file for the D100 Intel
Pro-B
