Hi guys!!

I have a problem here.
Been trying to bring up a sun fire 4900 server.

The server complained of too many lines in the vfstab entry.

I checked the entry in the vfstab as shown below and found out that the
file has been corrupted. In a bid to over-write the current file with
the backup copy, gave the error message as seen below

Please, is there any solution to this?

fd - /dev/fd fd - no -
/proc - /proc proc - no -
/dev/md/dsk/d1 - - swap - no -
/dev/md/dsk/d0 /dev/md/rdsk/d0 / ufs 1 no -
/dev/md/dsk/d3 /dev/md/rdsk/d3 /var ufs 1 no -
swap - /tmp tmpfs - yes -

 # cp vfstab.02042005 vfstab
cp: cannot create vfstab: Read-only file system
