SF15K Boot Disk Backup Strategies

I am looking for some suggestions on what others are using for boot disk
backups and recovery strategies on multiple 15K's.

I would prefer not to use any tape devives on the SC's and as of now, we
don't have any externally attached tape drives to the domains.

I am currently doing a ufsdump to an NFS mount. This solution requires some
tinkering when booting into single user mode then doing a ufsrestore.
bla...bla...bla.....

I am looking for a fast and simple solution if we encounter boot disk errors
considering we don't have externally attached tape drives.

I am considering:

1) NFS mounted backups
2) Some sort of jumpstart/flash archive
3) Dumping to tape devices on the spare SC - don't really want this

So if anyone has any tested solutions that will minimize downtime I would
like to know.

Thanks
