File system replication

Hi All,

We are using a big file system around 400gb configured on T3+. File system is
badly fragmented & we can not get down time to defragment this file system. We
are using vxvm 3.1 & vxfs 3.4 version file system. I tried with fsadm command
to defragment the file system but after 10 days also it was going on.

Can anyone suggest me any replicator tool which will copy data with
defragmention to another volume.
