We are in process od setting an HPC lab (in Bio tech Research).
We are techinacally evaluating various solutions in this
regard.Sun has a good story in this. Request people in this
forum to guide me on
1. How to approach this
2. Storage Requirements ( How to calculate storage req)
3. Which storage ( NAS/SAN will best suite.If san if it
conneected to all compute nodes)
4. Infiband cnnectivity
5. Link to technical writeups
