It used to be that we were able to grab several years of summaries all
rolled into one file and search it locally. But I can't find that file any
longer. Since I am behind a very restrictive firewall, it's more difficult
to do searches at archive sites. Is there still a concatenated summary
text file out there? I looked in the FAQ and only the archive sites are
listed, but when visiting them, they have thing listed by month. Maybe I
missed it the link with all the summaries??
