Hi Managers,
In my rush to set-up Solstice DiskSuite on a Solaris 8 system I have
created a mirror which I want to swap one drive with another drive.
The drive I want to swap out is c4t5d0s2 and I want to swap it with the
drive c3t3d0s2 and then make c4t5d0s2 the hot spare
This will help as we have had a problem with the c4 controller and when
it goes OFFLINE I will only lose one side of the mirror.
I think this sequence should do the job.
metahs -d hsp001 c3t3d0s2
metareplace d80 c4t5d0s2 c3t3d0s2
metahs -a hsp001 c4t5d0s2
