E10K 's qfe NIC Link Down & Link Up frequently

E10K,divide to 4 domain.The domain4 have 2 qfe NICs. The first qfe NIC is normal, the second NIC have some problem:

I have changed the NIC port(from qfe4 to qfe5) ,switch port,switch (even one switch just link the qfe5 port).And change NIC & switch negotiate parameter. Auto-negotiate or Force-Full-100M. But nothing have changed, still have the problem still not be solved.

And the domain4 have two qfe NICs. Why the first qfe NIC have no problem?

Anyone have some suggest,Thank.
