Is There Any Known Problems With Sun Fire 280R

I have installed the Sun Fire 280R with Solaris 8 and recommended patch
cluster and bios patches(111292-08).It has oracle 91 installed on it.This
is my second server keeps on crashing very few hours.I get error messages
like
Fatal Error PCI - PBM
Fatal Error CPU0
Fatal Error PCI - PBM(CPM).

I would like to know if any one faced this kind of problem.
