Hi all!!
We got new Sun Blade 100 and after installation we are facing strange
problems related to the /etc/profile and .profile not being sourced on
login. The users have to source them manually for things to work right.
Sun support says to make a link
ln -s .bash_login .bash_profile
that doesnt make sense, becaus the problem lies in the system domain not
the user domain. We have not made any changes in the default profile file
for the users, it has been working for years on Sun Solaris.
Any pointers or help is highly appreciated.
