Sol 9 -> Sol 10 - is ufs format changed ?

Hello,

I have Solaris 9 sparc server with attached scsi array (UFS). I would like to upgrade
the OS to Solaris 10 but with data saved on the array. What I am going to do is:
- make backup
- umount array (without deleting data)
- upgrade to Solaris 10 (in fact install Sol 10 from the very begin; don't want to use LU) [1]
- mount the array to the server

The problem is with step [1]: it won't work if format of UFS has changed between
Solaris releases. I doubt it (LiveUpgrade wouldn't work) but want to be sure:
does UFS format remains the same ? Can I go this way ?
