Hi all,

I have a customer that would like to degrade from 9 to 8, do you have
any procedures or docs that I can use.. I have tried to boot from a
Solaris 8 cd but to no avail....

Rebooting with command: boot cdrom
Boot device: /pci@1e,600000/ide@d/cdrom@0,0:f File and args:
boot: cannot open kernel/sparcv9/unix
Enter filename [kernel/sparcv9/unix]: /platform/'uname -i'/kernel
boot: cannot open /platform/'uname -i'/kernel
Enter filename [kernel/sparcv9/unix]:
boot: cannot open kernel/sparcv9/unix
Enter filename [kernel/sparcv9/unix]: kernel/sparcv8/unix
boot: cannot open kernel/sparcv8/unix
Enter filename [kernel/sparcv9/unix]: ~
SC Alert: SC Request to send Break to host.

Thanks
