U5 on S10 halts on reboot, posts warnings

Dear SunManagers,

I have a U5 running S10 that has recently started giving me fits. It has
run flawlessly for over a year, even with our semi-frequent power outages,
but has recently been not coming up cleanly. When it is not up, I can turn
on the console and find it at an OK prompt. When I try to reboot the
system, it will many times start the boot process, check memory and
everything, and then post several messages reading:

"Warning: invalid property name 'class' "

There are a couple of other Warnings, like "Warning: invalid property name
'parent-child',

but mostly the first warning until it fills the screen and either
spontaneously reboots (which it usually does), or drops to an okay prompt.
If it spontaneously reboots, it will then post some unreadable lines of
code, and _then_ drop to an okay prompt.

I can usually get it rebooted by booting single-user, where it will stop for
the root password or ask me to press control-d to continue booting, where I
issue root password, fsck the filesystems (which usually don't find any
issues), and then exit. It will then run flawlessly until the next power
outage or shutdown command.

Has anyone seen this before? I tried a search of sunmanagers and didn't
find anything. No googles have come up with much, either. Can someone
provide me with a direction to search? I guess I should just sit down
someday and re-install the OS, but I would like to know if the problem more
than likely resides in software, or if I may have some hardware issues.
Thanks to all.
