eboot -- "net - install" actually worked, - need the quotes
without the quotes failed
eg
# reboot -- net - install
usage: reboot [ -dlnq ] [ boot args ]
Oddly there were a lot of people suggesting to drop to OBP to run a
boot net - install, i didnt really read thier mails - as they obviously
didnt read mine,
quote
"Need this to start a jumpstart on remote machine ( currenlty up and
running - but needs rebuild ) ( no terminal server on the thing as yet
)"
emphisis on remote and no terminal server - ie serial connectivity

hi all,
anyone know correct syntax for reboot for forcing a boot net - install
tried
reboot net -- - install
and got useage statement
usage: reboot [ -dlnq ] [ boot args ]
man seems to suggest the above.
Need this to start a jumpstart on remote machine ( currenlty up and
running - but needs rebuild ) ( no terminal server on the thing as yet
)
Cheers
Laurence
