E450 - Patch 106122-11 causes Vpp Range Error

Hi there, I'm a newbie in hardware Sun, following instructions in patch
106122-10 produces:

**ERROR: A Vpp Range Error was reported by the flash device.

The only mode to the system UP it's changing the jumper 5501
(Emergency), and the openboot present Fatal Error :-( Who Knows where
the upgrade of OBP changes in the hardware in the NVRAM only?? or
somewhere more?? How to fix it ?? Replace the NVRAM or NVRAM and
motherboard ??
