liveupgrade: lucreate error

hello all,
unable to create a new BE with command:
calypso-root% lucreate -c "Solaris_9" \
? -l /var/tmp/lucreate.log \

? -m /var:/dev/dsk/c1t1d0s3:ufs \

? -n "Solaris_10"

luconfig: ERROR: Template filesystem definition failed for -, all
devices are not applicable..
ERROR: Configuration of boot environment failed.

i don't understand why swap isn't correct?
on c1t0d0, s0, s1, s3, s4 are existant

any ideas?
