IPMP Broadcast storm

Hi,

We have 2 V890's in a cluster running Sol 9/04 and all latest patches
(Aug05). We connect to 3 networks ( 1 private for cluster, One market
data network and 1 User LAN). When we first attached the 890's to the
User LAN the entire network ground to a halt. Tailing var/adm/messages
we found no unusual errors (just successful IPMP failover). Later I
disconnected a 890 on the same LAN for a few seconds, the network fell
over again.

Has any seen a problem like this before, Sun can't find a similar
case, It looks like a broadcast storm but I can't be certain.

FYI - the switches are unmanaged net gear FS750 that are unable to stop
storms.

Any help will be much appreciated.
