Solaris 2.5.1 not working?

Just loaded 2.5.1 OS on a ULTRA 60 and each time
I click on the keyboard I get about 15 characters
instead of 1. I seem to remember a patch that
corrects the keyboard input, can anyone verify by
experience this is correct and what the patch is
named.
