rsh problem...rcmd: socket: Cannot assign requested address

Hi Gurus,

We are facing following problem on Solaris 9 system.when we do rsh OR
rlogin to the system get this error rcmd: socket:
Cannot assign requested address

But in the /var/adm/messages we see this error.

rsh[129]: [ID 365563 daemon.error] can't get stderrr port: Cannot assign
requested address

all the systems are nis clients.

Can any one help us to resolve this problem.
