[Sunblade 2500 Solaris 9]:Machine hung after few days of idle.

 Hi,
I have Sunblade 2500 workstation with Solaris 9 installed on it. Problem
is when the machine is idle for few days it simply stops responding and
I have to do hard reboot. Power daemon is not running on system. I do
not find any error message in log. Can someone guide me to resolve the
issue.
Is it the hardware issue or something is going wrong with OS itself.
