Hi,
Apologies that the request below is not a fair request
& may put you into trouble. Thought it's only a patch
& most patches can be downloaded.
We have a maintenance service plan somewhere but
the person who signed it is not around anymore &
nobody at the workplace seems to be able to help.
I'll ask my manager to talk to Sun anyway.
