NAS 5210 Integration problem

HI all
I am facing problem in integration of SUN 5210 NAS box with win2k3.It's working fine in workgroup but when I try it to authenticate thu win2k3 Domain ,it's asking again and again for username and passwd. Pls give some suggestion .
