booting problems, help!

I am having problems trying to get a Netra T1 AC200 (similar to SunFire
V120, and probably same firmeware as Netra X1 and SunFire V100) to boot by
itself. For the past several months I have always had to connect a serial
console to its "A / LOM" port, login to the LOM, and issue a "poweron"
command to boot the machine. After every power failure I had to repeat this
process to start the machine once again.

My first question is:
1) What changes do I need to make to eeprom settings / LOM settings so the
server will start up by itself every time it is plugged in, and will restart
after every power failure?

Secondly, in the process of trying to do the above I have somehow gotten the
machine stuck trying to boot from the network. Because of this I can no
longer boot the machine at all!! The only change I remember keeping was
diag-switch=true because I like the verbose extended diagnostics. Now when
ever I "poweron" the server trys to boot from the network, not from its hard
drive (Boot device: net) even though I have "setenv boot-device disk" from
the ok prompt of the PROM!! (I believe it had previously been set to "disk
net"). What am I doing wrong?

Thank you.
