Unable to Access Netra X1 Server

Hi all

I have a Netra X1 Server with solaris 2.8 installed on it.

It was working fine with one of its interface configured.
Very recently i tried to configure the other interface "dmfe1".
something went wrong and now i am unable to access the server.
Able to ping but could not open a telnet session.

then i tried to connect through LOM from a sun workstation (Sun Blade 100)
as given in the user guide using tip /dev/term/a -9600 utility.

i got the response as "Connected". then i gave "#." but didn't get
the LOM prompt. I also tried from PC but with no sucess.

How to overcome this problem? Can anyone help me?
