280R and PGX32

Gurus,

I have a 280R that I just updated the OBT to 4.16.4 and the POST to 4.16.3
and after the reset the machine will not come up.

I can't even break the machine to get to the "ok" prompt.

I remove the PGX32 card and the machine comes up fine.

Any ideas why when the card is installed the machine will not come up.
