script help - to find a keyword in all files of the SUN system

Have you ever run into a situation where we need to traverse thru a bunch of
files and drectories and create a report?

Trying to deal with this need to check for some keywords on multiple SUN
boxes?

Any ideas of a script that scans thru to achieve what i just described?
