Solaris 9 and VM

Hello All,

I was just talking to SUN rep over the phone about Solstice Disk Suite for Solaris 9, and he mentioned that the SDS name has been changed to Volume Manager and it should be on the Solaris 9 OS media kit and furthermore it is free to use with Solaris 9 purchase meaning no additional license is required.

Is this true. If not then is SDS free and if it is where can go download it for Solaris 9.

I searche and search but in vain.
