To share on a two hosts one storage enviroment?

Guys,

Two V240s have been connected to a 3510 storage via
FC.
We have to create a network share on the storage
somehow that would survive if one of the boxes died...

Where should I look for the possible solution? I think
it might be a cluster configuration however I'm not
really sure...

Could you please help me to start.
