Vxvm 4.x and Ultra-3 scsi card problem

We have two Sun V880 and two Sun storage 3310. Solaris 8 2/04 installed.
In each server there
are two types of scsi cards installed, one of them is dual gigabit
dual scsi (ultra-2) and one of them is Ultra-3 dual scsi card.

Storage 3310's are connected to servers like that;
Channel 1's (on storage) are connected to ultra-3 scsi cards,
Channel 3's (on storage) are connected to ultra2 scsi cards.

With this connection i can see the disks from Solaris side, no problem.

When i want to install VxVm (4.1 or 4.0), it freezes in installing
Vxvm package. So i take off the connection from Ultra-3 scsi cards,
then it is going on installation.
After the installation i put back the connection to ultra-3 scsi,
write "devfsadm", i see the disks again from Solaris, then i write
"vxdctl enable" it freezes!

Do someone know about this kinda incompality or.... ????
