We have been trying to ftp files from a SunFire 480 (Solaris 8) to
an IBM xSeries 306 running Solaris 10_x86.
The ftp session is initiated from the Solaris 10_x86 system.
There are no problems when the files are not larger than about 300MB
but big files i.e. about 2-3GB can't be transfered.
The ftp connection is hanging and the Solaris 10_x86 system has to be
rebooted.
Does any one know of a fix?
